Combining her love of psychology with certifications in Personal Training and Fitness Nutrition Specialization, Britt set out to learn as much as possible and help as many people as possible! In the two decades since her start, she's added countless certifications to her resume and partnered with the American Council on Exercise and American College of Sports Medicine in the development of their own Personal Training and Sports Conditioning Specialist certification courses!
In over two decades of her work in the health & wellness industry, Britt has worked with over 10,000 clients worldwide!
